All of our homes are
stick built on site, because we are committed to building homes with character and integrity, made from quality materials that have been tested and proven. Our inspection systems and procedures ensure that the level of quality meets our requirements through every step of the building process. In addition, the county, city, or an engineer conducts a number of inspections at different stages of construction. Each home must pass these inspections before construction continues.
Hansen & Horn constructs and complies with the “Builder’s Responsibilities” as set forth in the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis Quality Assurance Builder Standards. But, our homes not only meet accepted building standards, they meet ours. We use seasoned trade contractors, a comprehensive quality control program and good, old-fashioned pride in our work to assure your satisfaction.
Our commitment doesn’t stop when construction ends. We back our homes with the
Porch-to-Porch Promise, a four year warranty covering all workmanship and materials. During that time we perform routine maintenance inspections every nine months to ensure that your home continues to meet our exacting standards, and yours.
