Will I be able to customize my Hansen & Horn home?
We offer a wide variety of designs and options to let you personalize your home. We’ve created our own Design Center, where our Design Consultants can assist you in making personalized choices. And, you can further customize your home with our proprietary
DesignFlex™, which lets
you decide the best use of interior space. It’s as close to custom as you can get without actually building a custom home.

Once I choose a floor plan, do I have any other options?
In addition to creative floor plans and a wide array of options, we've developed a totally new concept-
DesignFlex™, which lets you decide the best use of space within your home. With DesignFlex™, you can transform rooms, not just with cosmetic changes, but also by actually restructuring the space. We offer up to 15 different Flex-Space designs within each home, including optional kitchen designs, bathroom layouts, exterior profiles, and customized built-in features. Hansen & Horn Sales Consultants can supply complete information concerning DesignFlex™ options available for each floor plan.

I’m not an interior designer. How can I be sure the home options I select will work well together?
At the Design Center, our Design Consultants are available to assist you with your choices. They have experience with the many options we offer and can help you pick the best selections to fit your personal tastes and lifestyle. With the assistance of our Design Consultants, you can be sure your home will beautifully reflect your signature style.

What about additional custom features I may want. Can I incorporate them into my Hansen & Horn home?
In addition to our Design Center and DesignFlex options, you may have custom features you would like to have in your new home. If that is the case, bring your custom requests to your Design Center appointment. Some requests for custom features require a custom design/pricing deposit. The full amount of this deposit becomes a credit against the cost of the custom feature. If you decide not to proceed with the custom feature, Hansen & Horn retains the design/pricing deposit.

Our
Porch-to-Porch Promise is a comprehensive warranty covering all workmanship and materials for four full years. In addition to the warranty, we perform a 100-point Promise Inspection 90 days after closing, and every nine months for the first four years; to ensure that your home meets our exacting standards—and yours. This thorough, diagnostic checkup helps to minimize common occurring mistakes in home maintenance and teaches healthy maintenance habits for life. What is a Personal Builder?
Your Hansen & Horn
Personal Builder oversees all of the trade contractors performing work on your new home and is available throughout the building process, to answer questions, address concerns and keep you abreast of your home’s progress. You’re never out of the loop because your Personal Builder contacts you on a regular basis to keep the lines of communication open.
