At our new Design Center, you can see, touch and feel the many options and choices for your new home — all in one convenient location. The Design Center includes samples of actual products, with complete details on materials and color options. And, to make sure you’re making the best choices for your lifestyle, a Hansen & Horn Design Consultant will assist you throughout the process.

Idea Appointment™

After signing your contract, you will visit the Design Center. Your first visit will be your Idea Appointment. During this appointment, you can see the many available choices and features before making your final selections at the Selections Appointment.

Selections Appointment™

Your second visit, the Selections Appointment, is the time to actually make your choices. During this appointment, you will review your home’s floor plan and standard features, as well as available options and upgrades. Your Design Consultant will review DesignFlex features, interior and exterior material and color options, and record all of your choices on selection sheets for future reference.
